About ABC KidsBitz:
Who are we?
- ABC Kidsbitz has been run by myself (Claire) for a number of years.

- We have mainly attended local craft markets and seasonal gift fairs until deciding to
expand our operation to include internet trading.
- My aim is to supply my customers with good quality traditional children's toys and furniture.
- Where possible we try to supply Fair Trade goods so that our customers can rest assured that the people making our items are treated fairly.
- ABC Kidsbitz is based within the United Kingdom and
operates on a sole trader basis.
- We want our customers to feel confident that we are
accessible. Although this web site is primarily a means for
on-line trading, and prices of products reflect this, we can
be contacted by phone, email or post, as detailed at the
bottom of each page of the web site.
Terms of Business
- Customers enter into a contract to make a purchase when they complete
payment through PayPal.
- Your Payment should be confirmed immediately by email through PayPal.
- ABC Kidsbitz will manually confirm receipt of payment by email. If
customers use a PayPal account (rather than credit/debit card), this could
take up to 1-2 days.
- ABC Kidsbitz will also confirm by email the likely method and date for
dispatch of the order as soon as possible after clearance of payment.
- Should it be impossible to complete the order for any reason (e.g out of
stock item) any payment will be refunded in full.
- Smaller products are delivered via Royal Mail, and we aim to despatch within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment.
- Furniture and our larger items are despatched direct from the warehouse and may take up to 14 days for delivery.
- If you live in a remote area/postcode which normally attracts a
carriage surcharge, please make a non-binding provisional order using our
CONTACT FORM,
quoting the item code(s). We will quote to include any extra for carriage.
If you then accept our quote, we will invoice you directly through PayPal
and dispatch on confirmation of payment.
- If goods are not received in perfect condition, please email ABC
Kidsbitz with details at the earliest opportunity, so that the problem can
be resolved.
- Customers making an on line purchase have the right to cancel the order
within 7 days and receive a refund. Such goods must be returned in an 'as
new' and saleable condition. Goods subjected to wear and tear are not
saleable.
- You must contact ABC Kidsbitz before returning goods for any
reason.
- These terms do not replace your statutory rights.
